Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your dashboard without losing any data. If you downgrade to a plan with lower storage limits, you’ll need to reduce your stored content to stay within the new plan’s capacity.

Q3: How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will cancel at the end of your current billing period.

Absolutely. Viewdora is hosted in the cloud with encryption at rest and in transit. Your images stay protected at all times.
Q5: What happens when I reach my storage limit?
You’ll receive a notification and can upgrade instantly to add more storage without downtime.
Q6: Are there refunds?
