This policy does not apply to information collected by third parties or services that integrate with Viewdora but operate under their own privacy policies (e.g., AWS, Brevo, Stripe, Stytch).

  • Billing Information :Payment method, billing address, and related data processed via Stripe or other payment processors.
  • Photographer Content: Uploaded photos, galleries, project names, and metadata.
  • Client Data: Name, email, photo selections, comments, and downloads.
  • Communications: Emails, messages, or support inquiries you send us.

2.2 Information Automatically Collected

When you use our Services, we automatically collect:

  • Usage Data : IP address, browser type, device information, app activity, access times, and pages viewed
  • Device Information :Type, operating system, and identifiers for debugging and optimization.

6. Data Retention

When you delete your account or end your subscription:

  • Your data and uploaded content will be deleted from active systems within 30 days.
  • Backup copies may remain for limited time under secure, restricted access before deletion
  • To permanently delete your account, you must contact us directly at hello@viewdora.com.
  • Once verified, we will process your deletion request and remove your account and associated data from our systems within 30 days.
  • Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Certain records (such as payment transactions or legal compliance logs) may be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

We protect your data using:
  • Encryption : AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit.
  • Access Controls: Role-based access controls and authentication protocols.
  • Monitoring: Monitoring for unauthorized access and malicious activity.
  • Screenshot Protection: Screenshot protection and watermarking features for images (where applicable).
Despite our efforts, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk.
