Our Story
Viewdora was created by photographer Esra and technologist Jerry, two people who saw a growing problem in the photography world: stolen photos and lost time. With the rise of AI tools and watermark removal apps, photographers were watching their creative work disappear online.
Esra personally experienced this frustration. To protect her art, she spent hours on video calls and in-person meetings with clients, showing photos one by one so they couldn’t be copied or screenshotted. It was exhausting, time-consuming, and unsustainable. She wasn’t just protecting images, she was protecting her livelihood.
During a casual bike ride and lunch date, Esra and Jerry discussed how much time this process took.
“Why isn’t there an app that lets photographers share photos safely?” we asked.
