Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Viewdora’s services.
Effective Date: October 1, 2026 · Last Updated: October 1, 2026
For accounts created before October 1, 2026, these Terms take effect on October 31, 2026.
Version 2.0
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Viewdora (“Viewdora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a service owned and operated by Forged Concepts LLC, including our website, mobile applications, photographer dashboard, client galleries, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an Account, purchasing a Subscription, clicking “I agree” or another acceptance control, accepting an invitation where these Terms are presented, or otherwise expressly agreeing to these Terms, you enter into a binding agreement with Forged Concepts LLC.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
Part A – General Terms (Applies to All Users)
1. Definitions
Account: A registered user profile used to access the Services.
Photographer: A professional or organization using the Services to upload, manage, and share images.
Client: An end user invited by a Photographer to view, select, or download photos.
User Content: Photos, videos, text, comments, data, metadata, and other materials uploaded, submitted, created, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services by a user.
Subscription: A paid plan providing access to specified features or functionality of the Services for an applicable billing period.
Third-Party Services: Products, platforms, software, infrastructure, payment processors, authentication providers, referral platforms, analytics providers, or other services provided by third parties and used by, integrated with, or accessible through the Services. Our current service providers are identified on our Subprocessors page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an Account or purchase a Subscription. This age requirement applies to Account creation and paid Subscriptions; Client access to galleries is governed separately by Part C. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and, where applicable, payment of all required fees, Viewdora grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Services during the applicable subscription or access period solely for their intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no rights in the Services or Viewdora’s intellectual property are granted to you.
4. Account Responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete Account information and keep it updated;
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials;
- Not share or permit unauthorized use of your Account except as expressly permitted by your Subscription or by Viewdora;
- Promptly notify Viewdora at hello@viewdora.com if you become aware of unauthorized access to or use of your Account; and
- Be responsible for activities conducted through your Account by you or persons you authorize to use it.
Viewdora may suspend or restrict access to an Account where reasonably necessary to address a suspected security issue, nonpayment, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Services.
5. Account Deletion
Account deletion is separate from cancellation of a paid Subscription. Cancellation of a Subscription is governed by Section 11 and, where applicable, Part B of these Terms.
To request permanent deletion of your Account, contact hello@viewdora.com. Viewdora may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority over the Account before processing the request.
Following verification, Viewdora will delete or de-identify the Account and associated User Content from active systems within 30 days, subject to any applicable retention period, legal obligation, dispute, fraud-prevention requirement, security requirement, or other lawful retention purpose described in our Privacy Policy.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backup systems for up to 90 days in accordance with Viewdora’s backup-retention procedures. Certain billing, transaction, security, legal, fraud prevention, and compliance records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary or required by law.
Once permanently deleted, Account data and User Content may not be recoverable.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not, directly or indirectly:
- Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or that violates the privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights of another person;
- Upload, post, transmit, distribute, solicit, or facilitate material involving child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of minors, or other unlawful content involving minors;
- Access or attempt to access any Account, gallery, system, network, or data without authorization;
- Bypass, disable, defeat, circumvent, or interfere with screenshot protection, watermarking, access controls, authentication measures, security features, usage restrictions, or other protective functionality of the Services;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the Services except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, or collect data from the Services through automated means except through an interface, API, or functionality expressly authorized by Viewdora;
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, malicious code, or other material intended to interfere with, damage, compromise, or disrupt the Services or another person’s systems, devices, or data;
- Use the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Viewdora’s infrastructure or materially interferes with another user’s use of the Services;
- Use the Services to store or transmit categories of regulated sensitive information that the Services are not designed to process, including financial-account credentials, medical records, or biometric identifiers or templates used for identification, except where Viewdora expressly authorizes such processing; or
- Use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise unlawful purposes.
Viewdora may investigate suspected violations and may remove or restrict access to User Content, suspend Accounts, or take other reasonable measures where necessary to protect the Services, users, third parties, or comply with applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Your User Content
As between you and Viewdora, you retain all ownership rights in User Content that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Services.
By submitting User Content to the Services, you grant Viewdora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and make technical modifications to that User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, support, and provide the Services, including to make User Content available to persons you authorize.
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Viewdora and does not authorize Viewdora to sell your User Content or use it for independent advertising or promotional purposes without your permission.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents reasonably necessary to upload and use your User Content through the Services and to grant the license described above.
7.2 Viewdora Intellectual Property
The Services, including Viewdora’s software, source and object code, interfaces, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, documentation, technology, and other proprietary materials, are owned by or licensed to Viewdora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the Services or Viewdora’s intellectual property is transferred to you.
7.3 Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Services, Viewdora may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, provided that doing so does not grant Viewdora ownership of your User Content.
7.4 Copyright Complaints
Viewdora respects intellectual-property rights and may remove or disable access to User Content that it reasonably believes infringes another person’s copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
If you believe material available through the Services infringes copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, you may submit a written notice containing the information required by applicable law to Viewdora’s designated copyright agent.

For additional information about copyright notices and counter-notices, see our Copyright page.
Viewdora may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, Accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers and may process counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law.
8. Third-Party Services
Viewdora may use or integrate with Third-Party Services in connection with providing the Services. Our current service providers are identified on our Subprocessors page.
Certain Third-Party Services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by their respective providers. Your use of a Third-Party Service may therefore be governed by additional terms between you and that provider.
Viewdora does not control independent Third-Party Services and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for acts, omissions, outages, changes, failures, or discontinuation of Third-Party Services that are outside Viewdora’s reasonable control.
Nothing in this Section limits any responsibility Viewdora is required to retain under applicable law for its selection or use of service providers or its handling of personal information.
9. Data Protection
Viewdora processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Viewdora maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and User Content against unauthorized access, acquisition, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction, taking into account the nature of the information processed and the risks associated with the processing.
No method of transmission, storage, or information-security system is completely secure, and Viewdora cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Modifications to the Services
Viewdora may update, improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time, including to address technical, security, legal, operational, or business requirements.
Where reasonably practicable, Viewdora will provide advance notice of a material change that substantially reduces the core functionality of a paid Subscription.
Viewdora may make changes without advance notice where reasonably necessary to address security threats, legal requirements, abuse, emergencies, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees the continued availability of any particular feature unless Viewdora has expressly committed otherwise in a separate written agreement.
11. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments
11.1 Plans and Pricing
Available Subscription plans, features, billing intervals, and prices are described on Viewdora’s pricing page, checkout interface, or applicable order form. Applicable pricing and recurring charges will be presented before you complete a purchase.
11.2 Payment Authorization
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Viewdora and its third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable Subscription fees, taxes, and other charges disclosed to you at checkout.
You must maintain accurate and current billing and payment information.
11.3 Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period until cancelled.
Before you purchase an automatically renewing Subscription, Viewdora will disclose the applicable recurring charge, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method as required by applicable law.
By completing the purchase, you authorize Viewdora to charge your selected payment method for each renewal unless and until you cancel the Subscription.
Viewdora will provide renewal notices where required by applicable law.
11.4 Free Trials
Viewdora may offer an eligible organization one 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin the trial, and no automatic charge occurs solely because the trial begins. Any paid Subscription selected after or during the trial is subject to the pricing, renewal, and payment disclosures presented at checkout.
Unless Viewdora expressly approves otherwise, only one free trial is permitted per organization. Reusing the same email address, using another email address, or creating another Account does not create an entitlement to an additional trial for the same organization.
If the organization does not begin a paid Subscription before the trial expires, the organization will be locked after the trial period. While locked, paid functionality is unavailable other than functionality Viewdora makes available for billing or reactivation. Client access to galleries associated with the organization will also become unavailable while the organization remains locked.
Expiration of a free trial does not automatically delete the organization’s Account, galleries, photographs, or other User Content. User Content remains subject to Section 5 and is permanently deleted only through the applicable Account-deletion process.
Because self-service export functionality may be inaccessible while an organization is locked, a Photographer who needs assistance obtaining available User Content should contact hello@viewdora.com.
Viewdora may provide reminder notices before or following trial expiration. Failure to receive a reminder does not extend the trial period.
11.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription through the cancellation functionality made available in your Account or through another cancellation method Viewdora expressly makes available to you.
Unless otherwise disclosed at the time of purchase, cancellation prevents the next renewal and becomes effective at the end of your then-current paid billing period. You will generally retain access to applicable paid features until that billing period ends.
Cancelling a Subscription does not automatically delete your Account or User Content. Account deletion is governed separately by Section 5.
11.6 Changes to Subscription Fees
Viewdora may change Subscription prices or plan structures from time to time.
Unless required sooner by applicable law, pricing changes apply prospectively and will not increase amounts already paid for the current Subscription period.
Where required by applicable law, Viewdora will provide advance notice of material pricing or renewal changes together with information explaining how to cancel before the change takes effect.
11.7 Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by Viewdora at the time of purchase, Subscription fees are non-refundable and no prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a Subscription period following cancellation.
Nothing in this provision limits any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
11.8 Failed Payments
If Viewdora is unable to process a payment when due, Viewdora may retry the payment, request updated payment information, restrict paid functionality, downgrade the Account where an applicable lower-tier service exists, or suspend the Subscription until payment is successfully completed.
11.9 Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, currency-conversion charges, transfer fees, or similar charges associated with your purchase except for taxes imposed on Viewdora’s net income.
11.9A Payment Processors
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized third-party payment processor. Payment information processed directly by that provider may also be subject to its applicable terms and privacy practices.
12. Referral, Affiliate, and Ambassador Programs
Viewdora may offer referral, affiliate, ambassador, promotional, or similar programs from time to time. Participation in these programs is subject to any separate program terms, including our Referral & Ambassador Program Terms. Except as otherwise provided in the applicable Referral & Ambassador Program Terms, commissions, discounts, promo codes, eligibility requirements, and other referral or ambassador program terms may vary and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued prospectively. If these Terms conflict with the Referral & Ambassador Program Terms with respect to participation in the Referral & Ambassador Program, the Referral & Ambassador Program Terms control.
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Viewdora does not warrant or guarantee that:
- The services will be available without interruption, delay, error, or security incident;
- Every feature will operate on every device, operating system, browser, or third-party platform;
- Screenshot protection, screen-recording protection, watermarking, access controls, or other technical protective measures will prevent every form of copying, capture, disclosure, or unauthorized use;
- User content will never be lost, damaged, corrupted, or accessed without authorization; or
- Third-party services will remain available or operate without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewdora disclaims all warranties, conditions, and representations not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Viewdora does not warrant or endorse user content provided by Photographers or other users and does not independently verify the ownership, legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of user content.
No service-level, uptime, availability, backup, or response-time commitment applies unless expressly agreed by Viewdora in a separate written agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viewdora, Forged Concepts LLC, and their affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Viewdora and Forged Concepts LLC arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you actually paid to Viewdora for the Services during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- US$100.
The limitations in this section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viewdora, Forged Concepts LLC, and their affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to:
- User Content you upload, submit, distribute, or make available through the Services;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your infringement or violation of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; or
- your misuse of the Services.
Viewdora will provide reasonably prompt notice of an indemnified claim and reasonable cooperation in its defense.
You may not settle an indemnified claim in a manner that imposes liability, an admission, or a non-monetary obligation on an indemnified party without that party’s prior written consent.
This Section does not require indemnification to the extent a claim results from Viewdora’s own fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which indemnification may not lawfully be required.
16. Termination
16.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Services at any time. Cancellation of a Subscription is governed by Section 11. Account deletion is governed separately by Section 5.
16.2 Suspension or Termination by Viewdora
Viewdora may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary because of:
- A material or repeated violation of these Terms;
- Nonpayment of fees;
- Suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
- A security threat or unauthorized access;
- Conduct that materially threatens Viewdora, another user, or a third party;
- A legal, regulatory, or governmental requirement; or
- Discontinuation of the applicable Service.
Where circumstances reasonably permit, Viewdora may provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination for a remediable breach. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or legal requirements.
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the terminated Services ends;
- Access to User Content may be restricted or disabled;
- Outstanding amounts owed to Viewdora remain due; and
- User Content and Account information will be handled in accordance with Section 5 and the Privacy Policy.
Before permanent Account deletion, a Photographer may contact hello@viewdora.com to request assistance obtaining available User Content. Viewdora will use reasonable efforts to assist where technically practicable and legally permissible, but does not guarantee continued self-service export access after an Account or organization has been locked, suspended, or terminated. Viewdora is not required to restore data after permanent deletion.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.
17. Force Majeure
Viewdora will not be liable for a delay, interruption, degradation, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fires, floods, severe weather, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, utility failures, cyberattacks by third parties, failures of cloud infrastructure or other Third-Party Services, epidemics, pandemics, or other events beyond Viewdora’s reasonable control.
This Section does not excuse payment obligations for Services already provided.
18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved through individual arbitration rather than a court or jury trial and limits participation in class or representative actions.
18.1 Informal Resolution First
Before initiating arbitration or a court proceeding other than an eligible small-claims action, the party raising a dispute must provide the other party with written notice describing:
- The claimant’s name and contact information;
- The nature of the dispute and relevant facts; and
- The relief requested.
Notices to Viewdora must be sent to hello@viewdora.com. Notices to you may be sent to the email associated with your Account.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days after receipt of the notice before commencing formal proceedings.
18.2 Agreement to Arbitrate
If the dispute is not resolved informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between you and Viewdora will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), except as expressly provided below or where applicable law prohibits mandatory arbitration.
The arbitration agreement in this Section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.).
18.3 Applicable AAA Rules
If you use the Services primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable consumer fee schedule apply.
If you use the Services primarily for business or commercial purposes, the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules apply.
18.4 Procedure
Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in English.
For consumer arbitration, any hearing will be conducted remotely or at a location permitted under the applicable AAA rules unless the parties agree otherwise.
For business arbitration, hearings may be conducted remotely or in Williamsburg, Virginia, unless the parties agree otherwise or the applicable rules require another location.
The arbitrator may award any remedy available to an individual claimant in a court of competent jurisdiction.
18.5 Fees
Filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees will be allocated under the applicable AAA rules. Where the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules apply, Viewdora will pay fees those rules require the business to pay.
18.6 Exceptions
Either party may:
- Bring an individual claim in small-claims court where the claim qualifies and remains individual; or
- Seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to prevent imminent intellectual-property misuse, unauthorized access, security compromise, or other irreparable harm pending arbitration.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates a right to pursue a claim in court where applicable law makes a predispute arbitration agreement unenforceable for that particular claim.
18.7 Class and Representative Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Viewdora agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person or preside over a class or representative proceeding.
18.8 Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent a dispute is permitted to proceed in court rather than arbitration, you and Viewdora waive the right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
18.9 Severability
If a portion of this Section is found unenforceable, that portion will be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in effect, except where applicable law requires a different result.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The arbitration agreement in Section 18 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.).
Where applicable consumer law gives you mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived by a contractual choice-of-law provision, nothing in this Section eliminates those rights.
For disputes properly permitted to proceed in court and not required to be brought elsewhere under applicable law, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts serving Williamsburg, Virginia.
20. Updates to Terms
Viewdora may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, law, security requirements, or other operational needs.
The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, Viewdora will provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate or required by applicable law, such as by email, through the Services, or through an Account notification.
Material changes will apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
Changes to Section 18 will not apply retroactively to a dispute of which Viewdora had actual notice before the revised terms became effective unless both parties agree otherwise.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and, where applicable, cancel your Subscription.

Part B – Photographer Terms (B2B)
The following additional terms apply to Photographers. If this Part B conflicts with Part A specifically concerning a Photographer’s use of the Services, this Part B controls to the extent of the conflict.
22. Use and Responsibilities
Photographers may use the Services to upload, organize, manage, deliver, and share galleries and other User Content with Clients.
Each Photographer is responsible for:
- ensuring that it owns or has sufficient rights and licenses to upload, store, process, deliver, and share its User Content through the Services;
- obtaining model releases, permissions, consents, licenses, or other authorizations where required by applicable law, contract, or the Photographer’s professional obligations;
- determining who may access its galleries and appropriately managing Client permissions and access;
- providing Clients and other individuals with privacy notices, disclosures, or choices required in connection with the Photographer’s own collection and use of personal information;
- complying with applicable copyright, privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, and other laws applicable to its business and User Content; and
- ensuring that its use of the Services is consistent with any agreement between the Photographer and its Clients.
Unless Viewdora expressly agrees otherwise in writing, Viewdora provides technology for hosting and delivering User Content and is not a party to any separate photography-services agreement between a Photographer and Client.
23. Payments and Billing
Photographer Subscriptions are governed by Section 11 of Part A.
Photographers authorize Viewdora and its payment processor to charge the applicable payment method for Subscription fees and other amounts disclosed at checkout.
Photographers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
A failed or overdue payment may result in restriction or suspension of paid functionality as described in Section 11. Failed payment does not, by itself, constitute a request to permanently delete the Photographer’s Account or User Content.
24. Client Data and Data Processing
Photographers may provide Viewdora with information concerning Clients and other individuals through their use of the Services.
Each Photographer is responsible for determining whether it has a lawful basis and any required notices, permissions, or consents necessary to collect and provide that information to Viewdora and to instruct Viewdora to process it through the Services.
Where applicable data-protection law treats the Photographer as a controller and Viewdora as a processor with respect to particular Client personal data, each party will comply with the obligations applicable to its respective role.
Where another legal framework uses different terminology or imposes different obligations — including frameworks that distinguish between a business and a service provider or contractor — the parties’ respective roles will be determined under the applicable law and nature of the processing.
Viewdora may independently process certain Account, billing, security, fraud-prevention, analytics, compliance, and operational information for its own purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, processing by Viewdora on behalf of a Photographer is also governed by the Viewdora Data Processing Addendum.
25. Termination by Photographer
A Photographer may cancel its paid Subscription using the cancellation method described in Section 11.
Cancellation of a paid Subscription does not automatically constitute a request for permanent Account deletion unless Viewdora expressly states otherwise in connection with the applicable plan.
Photographers who want their Account and associated User Content permanently deleted must follow the Account-deletion process in Section 5.
Data retention and deletion following Account deletion or termination are governed by Section 5 and the Privacy Policy.
Part C – Client Terms (B2C)
The following additional provisions apply to Clients accessing galleries or other User Content made available by a Photographer.
If this Part C conflicts with Part A specifically concerning a Client’s use of the Services, this Part C controls to the extent of the conflict.
26. Access
Clients may access, view, select, comment on, or download photographs and other User Content only as authorized by the applicable Photographer and through functionality Viewdora makes available.
Viewdora does not independently verify the age of a Client who is invited to access a gallery. Client access is provided at the direction of the applicable Photographer. The Photographer is responsible for determining whom to invite and for obtaining any parental, guardian, or other permission or consent required by applicable law when a Client is a minor.
Access to or downloading a photograph through Viewdora does not, by itself, transfer copyright or grant a commercial-use license.
Any rights a Client has to reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, commercially use, or otherwise exploit a photograph are determined by the Photographer or other applicable rights holder and any separate agreement between the Client and Photographer.
27. Restrictions
Clients must not:
- Bypass or attempt to defeat screenshot protection, screen-recording restrictions, watermarking, access controls, or other protective measures;
- Access or attempt to access a gallery or User Content without authorization;
- Share access credentials, links, downloads, or copies of photographs with unauthorized persons;
- Reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, or commercially exploit photographs except where authorized by the Photographer or other rights holder; or
- Otherwise use User Content in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of the Photographer or another person.
28. Account Management
Client access credentials or gallery access may be issued or enabled by a Photographer or by Viewdora.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials provided to them.
Viewdora or the applicable Photographer may restrict or revoke Client access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, unauthorized sharing, violation of these Terms, security concerns, expiration of gallery access, instructions from the Photographer, or because the Photographer’s organization or access to the Services has been locked, suspended, or terminated. This may include loss of Client gallery access following expiration of the Photographer’s unpaid free trial.
29. Responsibility for Content
Photographers are responsible for User Content they upload and for obtaining the rights and permissions necessary to make that User Content available through the Services.
Viewdora provides technology for hosting, managing, protecting, and delivering User Content but does not independently verify or endorse every photograph or other item of User Content uploaded by a Photographer.
Nothing in this provision prevents Viewdora from removing, restricting, or responding to unlawful or infringing content where required or permitted by applicable law or these Terms.
Where a Client has a dispute concerning the Photographer’s professional services, ownership or permitted use of photographs, or a separate agreement with the Photographer, that dispute is generally between the Client and Photographer unless Viewdora is independently responsible under applicable law.
Part D – Miscellaneous
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without Viewdora’s prior written consent.
Viewdora may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale of substantially all relevant assets, or transfer of the Services, provided that the assignee assumes the applicable obligations under these Terms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Section 18.9 specifically governs severability of the arbitration provisions.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable order form, Subscription terms, data-processing agreement, or other supplemental terms expressly incorporated into the relationship between you and Viewdora, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
No Waiver: A party’s failure or delay in exercising a right or enforcing a provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.
A waiver is effective only if expressly made in writing by the party granting it.
Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue after termination, including provisions concerning accrued payment obligations, intellectual property, User Content rights and licenses as necessary for wind-down and lawful retention, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and the miscellaneous provisions of Part D.
Effective Date: October 1, 2026 for new accounts; October 31, 2026 for accounts created before October 1, 2026 · Last Updated: October 1, 2026 · Version: 2.0 · Supersedes the Terms of Service dated October 1, 2025, which continue to govern existing accounts until October 31, 2026.
